DBS/POSB bank transfer to POSB savings account only within 24 hrs after confirmation email.

- Jewellery mailed by normal postage to anywhere in Singapore after payment, all prices stated include normal postage, an additional charge of S$2.24 (standard post office charge) required for registered postage.

- Items will be shipped within 3 working days upon receiving payment, properly wrapped, packed and sealed securely to prevent damage during shipping.

All jewellery are lovingly hand crafted & brand new. Goods sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How to take care of your accessories (plated materials)

- Keep them in a mini zip lock bags or air tight containers to prevent oxidization. Accessories should be kept in a well-ventilated place of low humidity and should not be exposed to the direct rays of the sun and dust and seperate all jewellery and keep in dry area.
- As jewellery is worn next to the skin, delicate natural materials may react to perspiration, dust, chemicals, cosmetics and perfume and can cause accessories to tarnish or lose their shine. Avoid contact with liquids like perfume, soap, alcohol etc. It is advisable to wipe off dust or moisture with a soft cloth each time after you wear it.
- Remove jewellery before exercise, shower & sleep. Those materials are also fragile so they may break if they fall on the ground.
- Accessories should not be dipped in silver solution or washed in a supersonic cleaner.
